The sales office of developer Bestcon is a unique architectural project that harmoniously combines modern technology and aesthetic solutions. The two-story pavilion, clad in stainless steel sheets, consists of two narrow structures that house presentation meeting rooms with panoramic views of the future development of the neighborhood.
The architectural solution involves creating an open space between the two buildings, forming a passage that connects two adjacent streets. This passage not only serves as a functional link but also becomes an important element of the urban infrastructure, providing convenient access for visitors and residents of the area. The fully glazed atrium located between the buildings fills the space with natural light and creates an atmosphere of transparency and openness.
To connect the two buildings, a bridge clad in terracotta-colored ceramic panels has been designed. This element not only serves a practical function but also adds visual dynamism to the entire complex. The bridge leads to a balcony that offers a breathtaking view of the future residential complex, allowing potential clients to appreciate the scale and uniqueness of the development.
The concept of Bestcon’s sales office emphasizes interaction with the surrounding environment and the creation of a comfortable space for communication. The use of modern materials and technologies, along with thoughtful planning, makes this pavilion not only functional but also an attractive place for meetings and presentations.
