Spa complex on the premises of a former pioneer camp in the woods. The project is executed in four stages. The first stage is the construction of barn-like guest houses in the thickest part of the forest near the lake. The light-weight houses spring up in between the trees, allowing visitors to enjoy a proper outdoor recreation. They vary in capacity (from single to family) and each is equipped with a kitchenette and a terrace. The houses are scattered among the trees, which guarantees privacy and a feeling of living in the woods, but at the same time the 'barns' are placed on a footpath that connects them into a single complex.
The second phase, the construction of a large hotel, is taking place in parallel with the first. The front of the site was chosen for the construction so that the hotel building would become a sound barrier for the rest of the complex. Apart from the public facilities — restaurants, conference rooms and a swimming pool — the hotel has 150 rooms overlooking the forest. In order not to intrude into the natural surroundings with a massive monolithic building, the hotel volume was divided into multi-height blocks.
The third and fourth stages include renovation of the Soviet-era buildings that are part of the complex and construction of a cottage village for permanent residence.
